The Cycle of Life, random art, as a projected art display 09/12/03 performance art show at an art gallery by Janet Kuypers
The Cycle of Life is the first performance art show Janet Kuypers ever didat an art gallery, and Janet Kuypers was the final (climactic) featured performer at the DvA art gallery in Chicago. Janet Kuypers had two monitors of her artwork running during the entire performance of multiple poems. One coincided with what she was reading precisely, but this film represents the random art selections she chose to run while she was also performing her show. This film contains that artwork, which randomly changed from one image to the next, and carried a wide variety of styles (from photo journalism to portrait photography to photography of sites around the planet).
